In the more civilized parts of the country, trespassers (or their idiot fathers) get charged when they are caught in the act of breaking the law. Hopefully the zap will teach the little punk a lesson.

You know a 9 year old doesn't care about that kind of stuff, his stupid dad is the one that told him to do it. The cops should have figured that out and issued a citation to the father.
