Where is this? Those kids at the beginning in the yellow were waving Turkish flags but those people really don't look Turkish.

Germany for sure, the tags say Essen which is a German city, WDR is a German local station, and the Stadion ads are in German.
Also, he seems to have a little difficulty to get the audience to join in... typical Germans...
