Heres a bit of the dialog, the two guys are brothers, one of them is a gangster type (Harald) guy and the other one (arvid)is a bit of a boring guy working in a bank, so the bankguy gets hit in the head earlier in the movie with a bottle)

Harald explains that since arvid is a banker, the worst thing you can do is hit him in the head. so he asks what the attacker does and Arvid says he plays guitar.

Harald:"Then the worst thing you can do to him is to shoot him in the hand, right?"

Harald:"You also have to think about all the other people he can hit in the head with a bottle."

Harald:"You actually have a duty to do it."

Harald:"y'know what I'm saying?"

Arvid:"yeah"

Harald:"So what are you gonna do?"

Arvid: "..Gonna shoot his hand.."

Harald:Good.

<hands him the gun>

<goes in, shoots the guy...>

Harald:"So what are you gonna do now?"

Arvid:"But now he's already.."

Harald:"what are you gonna do?"

Arvid:"But the knee..."

Harald:"what are you gonna do?"

Arvid:"I'm gonna hit him in the head with this ashtray"

Harald:"Thats great, thats a good idea."

Harald:" now everybody stay calm, so my brother can bash this ashtray your friends head.."

Bandguy:" AAaww for fuck sake!, you fucking psycho!, what the fuck are you doing..!!??"
Bandguy:"I'm gonna smash your head in next time, gonna kill you both..

Arvid: Shut up..

<Lots of shooting>

Harald:" shut up, man! (as in "get outta here!/unbelievable")

I thought this movie was pretty good, except for the "american guy" in the bar, he was annoying.

Another good movie by this director: "Old Men In New Cars"

Edit: After a little looking, I see that "Old Men in New Cars" is actually "In China They Eat Dogs II", interesting...
