Then it's just a simple matter of watching all those feeds to determine the best response and creating a sliding scale of alternate text and background shades based on each user like a sleep number bed. You could scale it to say, one through one-thousand. Then simply make the appropriate change and verify our response again via the webcam service. Repeat this a few hundred times and wham, you get a custom setting per user.
Please set mine to 375 text and 425 background, cause I don't think I will need a lot of clarity. However, using me as a test case, we can build from there. Of course, I'd want some power points for helping you out.

Yeah, the dark Halloween theme was really hard on my eyes.

I'm glad we switched it back to a solid white light bulb effect because I'm just not comfortable unless my retinas are bleeding from staring directly into a bright light source for six or seven hours.

I still think there is merit in a self-sifting slimmed down version of the main site.

The idea being that it could be self-submitted or even more of the less popular youtube / self-made / talking to a webcam type videos.

The top ones or interesting ones could be promoted to the main queue and it would also be a place to send errant self-submissions.

i think there might be a longtail world of quality videos that only get 100 views ever.. so this site is good for finding those types.

One thing that would go a long way towards that would be to limit it to just YouTube and also implement Lucky's auto-parser which I know works. (ie. submit URL youtube.com/v?12431231 instead of the embed code)

Whenever I have to stay up late in order to work I switch from my comfy computer chair to a wooden bench, open the nearby window and take all my clothes off, put on an S&M outfit and open a webcam link to teh internets. Works like a charm every time, that!

Its also fun to do the trick on others, get a pencil with a red rubber on the end (or something similar), tell them to cover their eye, look at nose with the other. Move the pencil slowly around the area where their blind spot should be, which should be on eye-level and slightly to the side.
