It looks like they did have some special editing effects interspersed with good old fashioned precision choreography. Look at the river jump at 2:18. Shouldn't the platform barge ramp in the middle cause a water disturbance when the cars land on it? Maybe it was submerged to the bottom of the waterway, but it raised a question. Also, most of this was probably done at low speeds with fast film and then sped up. Good commercials all the same, though.

I know the first part with the airfield was totally real as I watched an interview with the guy who choreographed the whole thing.

But the river boat thing clearly looked faked somehow, I mean the barge doesn't budge an inch when 2 cars jump on it.
