This is no the same guy, in the video here. The accents are different, and the guy in the video here is Caucasian.

It is Unfortunate that these videos seem to be fake. However i cannot find sufficient proof other than Infowars and a handful of other partisan independent news groups.

I dunno - could be real. There are apparently at least 200 confirmed neo-nazis in the military (http://crooksandliars.com/david-neiwert/nazis-military-im-so-proud-my-skills), so it's possible one ended up at Abu Ghraib.

Not that I'm claiming they made this video, it's just that they love to push anything that fits their propoganda, fake or not.

I don't object to exposing these crimes. I do object to the false implication that criminal acts by alleged scum are somehow encouraged and business as usual for the US Armed Forces.

I'm sure that that is exactly what will come to light as history unearths the truth behind this bullshit. Anyways, fake.

Hmm, I'm calling this a viral, I'll hold off labeling, but it smells like a viral from some human rights/political group.

IF this is the real thing, however, the crimes described are, to put it mildly, really disturbing. BUT, even with that in mind, and the fact that this guy sounds completely indifferent and cold-hearted about it all, I cant help but to disagree with the label "Human scum". I honestly dont think any of us can understand the situation these people are put into. The sad fact is that the cruelty of man is disturbingly universal to nearly all of us. There has been some research on this, the milgram experiment and the small world experiment suggests that the behavior is disturbingly "normal" under certain conditions, when one group (in this case the soldiers/guards) is given reckless authority over another group (in this case iraqis) obscene, brutal and disturbing crimes is nearly always the result. This is one of the reasons the real "human scum" is the people who invade countries with no real plan on how to rebuild it or run it afterwards.

Signs that this is a viral:

1.Context:

Given that this has a home video theme to it, it seems improbable that it is always clear exactly who and what the individual is talking about, and to convenient how it is tied to known scandals

2.Time:

For the same reasons, it seems improbable that all the vital pieces of just enough incriminating confessions are given on a point-by-point basis in the short timeframe of the video

3.Clarity:

Again, througout the video, despite this apparently being recorded at a party of sorts, his confessions and admissions are surprisingly in good sound quality, with little or no disturbances (ie: music,talk)

4.Black face.

Despite the clear and audible nature of the video, and the otherwise acceptable visual quality of the film, the mans face is suspiciously, and conveniently almost completely black throughout the film, which makes him almost impossible to identify.

5.Friends:

Despite the horrific nature of the crimes described, his "friends" seems to play along just the right amount, given that they might have wanted to expose this, it could be an act on their part, but there is surprisingly little of the perhaps awkward pauses etc. that you'd might expect.

6. Steady camera
The first half second of the film, shows a convenient "homemade intro" with a Cloverfield-ishly convenient "gotta get this on tape, man, say it again" while shaking and lifing the camera into place. For the rest of the video, the camera is rock steady. Despite the professional and sudden steady-ness, the cameraman makes no effort to correct the mans black, anonymous face.

Overall, the above points, and the small signs convinces me that this is indeed a viral/fake of some sorts, unless it can be verified by some outside source.

Just clicked the "comments" link to see if i was the only one who thought this thing was fake, got my answer.
