Yozhik: hedgehog memorium--Jonathan Coulton's "When You Go"

Jonathan Coulton releases his songs under the Creative Commons Attribution noncommercial license and encourages people to make videos to them. I've seen some that come from games, but they are always about romantic love and seem to me to miss the point of the song. This one was about a hedgehog pet named Yozhik who is really cute, but eventually got cancer, and even though he was successfully operated on, he got "Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome" (probably indicating cancer in the spinal column) and passed on.

Yeah, I don't understand why other people don't seem to like it. I was looking for Jonathan Coulton videos, and this was one of my favorites (certainly the best for the song). But the thumbnail looks depressing. But 20 people have seen this video and not liked it, and I think that hedgehog is adorable and the song is touching. Makes me feel like a videosift alien.

Timing plays a big part in sift success, oxdottir. Who knows, if you had submitted this a month ago it might have made it, or if you waited another month it might have made it too. Try it again in the future, that is, if you really want to.
