Why was my *dupeof not accepted, and if it's due to my improper invocation, do we think the system needs to be improved?

I like this commentary on this one more - but the video is of the same event.

It's a dupe, but a sub-clip of the overall chase with retarded newspeople commentary.

I don't think the "system needs improved" you just need to know how to use it.

I'm not particularly concerned, but for the sake of discussion, i consider the different soundtrack to be the thing that makes this video funny.
