This kicks ass live, and in the old days, they used to televize local roller derby live, after the wrassling.....pre WWF, bulllllshit wrestling!

Back then, a gal knew how to clothes-hang another gal by the hair, and use the momentum of the pull, to slingshot around for an an elbow into soft tissue!!
