When racing competition goes a little too far

It's the last lap, two cars are competiting away, when the trailing one bumps the rear of the one in front. The driver in front is not happy, and decides to force the now overtaking other car into the wall, resulting in fairly big impact into the adjacent wall. The evil driver crosses the finish line a split second ahead of the spinning wreck of the other car.

It was pretty much all the fault of the guy that rear ended him on the last corner.

granted the guy that got shunted could have let him past , but the only reason the guy had a chance at over taking was because he cheeted by ramming the guy in front. (which reduced grip and cornering angle)
the shunter after having shunted the guy in front had plenty of opportunity to brake before the crash happend and as he unfairly gaind the advantage out of the corner he realy should have .

allso if the guy that was shunted hadent have pushed him up against the wall then the cheeter shunter would have won and gaind the race points despite cheating , granted he may have got fined and penolized to some exstent but he probably would have gaind the race pionts . so blocking the car on the start finish line was probably the best thing to do.

all aside this is probably one of the best race tracks in USA that im aware of anny way.
