Physicians for Human Rights (PHR) has posted an explosive new video in the wake of today's front-page New York Times piece by Pultizer Prize-winning journalist James Risen, revealing new evidence that the Bush Administration impeded at least three federal investigations into alleged war crimes in Afghanistan.

Not a fan of the bold, all-cap screens that flash for effect to emphasize something said by one of the subjects. It's harrowing enough without the cheesy editing tactics. The crime and the cover-ups stand on their own.

I think it's pretty clear that there will never be any accountability for the crimes committed by the Bush administration.

After holding some slight hope that Obama might actually offer change and something like integrity, I've learned my lesson.
