I see that your first video (which you posted over two months ago) wasn't a self-link, but this one obviously is. Did you know that one of VideoSift's cardinal rules is that members are NOT allowed to post videos here that they uploaded to YouTube, or any other video hosting site? I hope this is just a misunderstanding.

I'm not the boss here, but if you tell us that this was a mistake then maybe we could discard this particular video, and let your membership stay intact. I can't guarantee anything because I'm not an administrator, but we've done this before so hopefully we can do it again. But NO self-linking, mkay?
