Veterans of George's War Want a Bailout

392,000 Pending Appeals to VA for Help

It's not easy to get the runaround when you have a traumatic brain injury from George's war.

Great post. I just started my appeal to get disability. I couldn't believe that my claim was denied. Then I talked to a woman who deals with veterans trying to claim disability. Acording to her, every vet is denied when they initially apply for disability. They have to appeal, then wait at least 2 years in order to be compensated in anyway. The soldier interviewed shares my sentiment. The government doesn't care about the vets. They're concern is always distracted, with whatever else is hapening in politics. giving large sums of money to a bloated american union instead of the homeless veteran reassures us of our fear, that we will indeed be forgotten.
