cybrbeastsays...Yes extremely, it makes them a sort of modern day equivalent to the privateers of old times.
But I wonder how "any actions on behalf of the government" should be interpreted. Is it that any action ordered by the government can't be prosecuted, or does it mean any action/crime they commit while in service can't be prosecuted?
