Have ALWAYS been used to spy on Americans-Replace the word, "drugs" with "terror", in the convenient
catch phrase, we have all been infused with since 9/11, and perhaps begin to see how another income-generating enterprise, keept power, money, and control centralized in the 80's.....

The President knows best, just trust him that he's not curtailing your freedoms. Asking questions is not allowed. It's a matter of national security.
