Upvote because it's valuable to know that these things happen.

In the big picture, it probably represents much smaller suffering and injustice than many things that happen on a daily basis.

But I believe this soldier can be prosecuted for animal cruelty, and it seems like its an insult to his country to break these standards of behavior while wearing a uniform with the American flag on it (on the right shoulder, not visible in video).
