UFO: Enemy Unknown ( X-COM ) - intro movie

Intro to the first X-COM game(1993), a turn-based strategy game.

Anyone played the newest game, "UFO: Extraterrestrials"? Is it really as bad as the reviews suggest?

I've got UFO:Extraterrestrials. IMHO, it's way better than any X-Com game since TFTD. It's got some quirks, but there is an a mod out there called "Bman's UFO Ease of Use Mod" that makes the game play very nicely and very close to the two originals. I still fire up EU and TFTD on occasion. There is a Win95 fix out there that makes them playable on today's systems. Great games.

Great game

One of my all time favourite games! When I bought this on a tip to Dublin, Ireland, a middle aged Dutch man saw me reading the back of it anmd came over and said "Dont buy this game! You will say goodbye to your life!" He was laughing as he said it and boy was he right! One of the most involving and fun games I've ever played. Ah the memories!
