It seems that it was influenced from the style of Max Fleischer's Cartoon.

Sure thing. I love it too. It's like Betty Boop on acid.

It's great to see what people can do with a medium like cartoons when the realize they are not bound to any laws of physics or reality. So many try to make animation realistic or true to life but it's the crazy stuff like this that really gives it character.
