02/12/97 - tracy emin was on the show to dicusss that year's turner prize with a panel of arty people. she decided to go out and get drunk beforehand.

Ooooooooo nice one - I went looking for this the other day but couldn't find it.
I was a bit worse for wear myself when I watched it as it happened live - I remember cracking up. Performance art.

Tracey Emin has this great work involving a tent. It is called "Everyone I Have Ever Slept With 1963-1995," and it has the names of everyone, from her twin in the womb to numerous other lovers, nicely embroidered on the inside of the tent. Post-feminist in a good way.
