You'd think they would put up some proper fencing or something... or perhaps these are the worst parents in the world?

Very interesting story, Fox is annoying as hell, they could have focused on some more stuff besides the sand art (which was awesome by itself) but it was a good piece, surprising for Fox.

I think the munks reactions were noteworthy, they are just so cool about it, like "whatever, everything just floats dude, lets start over." Amazingly, they are pretty right too, we as humans are more like a moving sanddune than a permanent growing "thing" as every atom in our bodies are replaced over the years. in other words, out memories from when we were about 7 years younger, is not even stored in the same body..

Rediculous how the news folks tried to paint it as frightening to the monks, any buddist worth the name will do one of two things, not care, or laugh. imperminance is the point of sand sculpture after all.

...the two year old acted perfectly...fox news (shudder) attempted to tell this cute story with the desired effect being, "aww crap! we're buddhists, so we just gotta take it with a smile"...while people comment on parenting skills, the terrible two's, and how much it would suck to have to start over...

...meanwhile they are missing the lesson...the sand arts destruction is kinda the point, or at least a large part of the point...living in the present in action...any true adept would not be phased by it...but...basically a two year old got the monks on fox news, which probably increased the donations ten fold...way to go deuce-zilla...

ps. rupert murdoch needs to stop buying media outlets...
