And the false sense of security that--"it's my family, I feel safe"
ICUs with too little space.
Pre-morbid conditions

And even smart, scared people slip up in the moment--the hug from the nurse of the recovered patient...

No one knows if post-infection immunity means you cannot transmit to someone else. Or post-vaccine has the same issue. And then, if you have it, you can carry it asymptomatically to your mom, your dad, a grandparent...a friend.
