Love The Wire but hey, did they remove probies' ability to upvote their own vids? I've seen many probie vids in 'Unsifted' with zero votes. It's common to upvote your own vids, kids.

Oh man I love this show. It doesn't get enough exposure at all.

Wire Fans: What is your favorite season? I love them all but if put to it, mine is the one about the Schools (Season 4 I think).

I would have to say Season 2. The union business and dealings in the docks was my favorite.

Season four definitely. They hit the height of their storytelling ability. I thought featuring kids would be boring but the acting and scripts delivered something really special. There's actually time to delve into individual storylines and uncover the detail and background story that all others shows would gloss over.
The Wire is definitely television at it's best.

I miss this show..gonna have to watch the whole series again.

I actually started watching at Season 4 (my favorite btw) and was hooked. I own the entire series now. A deep understanding of the modern American city.

Wow I have to get to Season 4 then! Am on Season 3 currently.
