All I can say is that the maker of this short little doodad is completely creative and insane.

This was one piece for an art exhibit. The exhibit was put up by Banksy, a British street artist. His installment art was a Pet store called ‘The Village Pet Shop and Charcoal Grill’. It looked like a regular pet store until you got inside.
