Baxter's work on "psychic plants" is a textbook example of how to fabricate experimental results to claim credibility for a theory which has no basis.

Decently controlled experimental replication of Baxter's work shows none of the correlations which Baxter claims.

I think the Soviet science sound track is pretty funny though.
