I have to wonder: does he need to get a permit first? All in all, he's doing a public service by (selectively) cleaning.

not a very good film, though an interesting story; they hardly showed any of his actual work long enough for you to get a feel for the effect. The filmmaker was so busy showing process, he forgot to focus on the result. I found it quite annoying.

Moving this video to winkler1's personal queue. It failed to receive enough votes to get sifted up to the front page within 2 days.

There is some question about whether he's truly an artist, or a viral marketer.. nonetheless a win-win situation and novel idea.
