The Player - Opening Scene

The opening scene to one of my long running favorite movies. I'll let the scene speak for itself in terms of what makes it stand out.

As for the movie.. if you haven't seen it, it's one of the best complex thrillers of semi-recent times. The movie does take it's time, so it's a good "rainy day" type flick, but it's very entertaining. Some really dark humor, and seriously - the less you know going in to this movie the better. There's some unique qualities to this movie better discovered while watching, and do avoid learning how the movie plays out.
