The Mini Ice Age of the 16th Century

This Burke segment from the Episode "Thunder in the Skies"

In this clip Burke explains how the poor survived the Mini ice age of the 16th century in manor houses. The setup is long yet fascinating but the "Connection" that Burke introduces in this clip is the chimney.

Fascinating!

The Earth must have experienced a period of global cooling to create a mini-ice age and then that ice age must have ended during a period of global warming. That would have to be caused by some kind of global climate change. But there's not a single SUV, coal-fired power plant or Al Gore in his idling private jet to be found. I know this is a little off topic, but I find that to be very very odd.

Right, it is interesting because scientists have always said that climate change can never happen without human influence and so this invalidates all their supposed "theories" about anthropogenic global warming! Oh wait, no scientist has ever said that, I must've been thinking of clueless halfwits.
