A tour of the Chimay Abbey and Brewery where they brew three of the finest trappist beers in the world.

Great video, enjoyed it very much. Going to go and crack a homemade brew right now! Good to hear they carbonate in bottle. A lot of commercialized brew is overly filtered, pasteurized, and then artificially carbonated.. that it is more like alcoholic soda-pop than 'brew'. Good to see Chimay is carbonated in bottle.

A great video for a great beer. What is more, sales are for sustaining the trappist monks, not for profit. All additional proceeds go to their charitable works. So drink freely and know that it isn't just your spirits being lifted.
