1) fish is meat

2) cooking vegetables dose not make it lose its nutriments and in some cases cooking vegetables enables the human body to derive more nutritional value from it.

3) if you only gain 5 years on average then a life of eating relay tasty shitty food is not really that bad considering that 80-85 is not likely to be the happiest time of of your life

although i think overall japs r gonna enjoy life more for been healthy and thers no doubt eating vegetables and fish is good for you.

There are NO fat people in Japan. I'm not overweight, but I'm not skinny. I felt self-concious that I was too chubby while I my group was touring Japan last summer.
