The video itself, I may be wrong, but looks like one of the VH1 Classic Album shows. It just has the same look and feel as the other Classic Album shows.

I am forever amazed at musicians who can sing and play drums simultaneously. I enjoyed hearing Levon's description of how he does it. He was one of the best and The Band is one of my all-time favorite groups =o)
