Sorry, what? I fell asleep after about 30 seconds of that.

Really, this sort of badly put together, somewhat incoherent drivel does nothing to further anyone's cause... I was not given any clear indication of what they were trying to get across early, so I stopped watching.

Are they trying to say democracy is bad because the unwashed masses elect morons sometimes?

If so, what do they want instead? I'm sure they put forth some solution, but, again, I'd stopped watching through boredom and the feeling of being badly preached to.
