calvadossays...Tegan And Sara:Call It Off
From LyricWiki
This song is performed by Tegan And Sara and appears on the album The Con (2007).
I won't regret saying this
This thing that I'm saying
Is it better than keeping my mouth shut
That goes without saying
Call, break it off
Call, break my own heart
Maybe I would have been something you'd be good at
Maybe you would have been something I'd be good at
But now we'll never know
I won't be sad
But in case I go there
Everyday, to make myself feel bad
There's a chance that I'll start to wonder if this was the thing to do
I won't be out long
But I still think it better if
You take your time coming over here
I think that's for the best
Call, break it off
Call, break my own heart
Maybe I would have been something you'd be good at
Maybe you would have been something I'd be good at
But now we'll never know
I won't be sad
But in case I go there
Everyday, to make myself feel bad
There's a chance that I'll start to wonder if this was the thing to do
I'll start to wonder if this was the thing to do

siftbotsays...Sending this video to Beggar's Canyon to plea for a little attention - beg requested by original submitter calvados.
rosekatsays...One of my favourites, brutally honest - their songs are often unresolved, snapshots of emotional turmoil and contemplation. Even the 'hearbreaker' gets hearbroken sometimes.
Captain_Cavemansays...I had not heard of them 1 week ago till I caught the end of this video and decided to to see what they were all about. I just love their music now. Had I known about them 2 weeks ago I could have caught their show as they were in my city.
