It's not fake. One of the Extras pulled his "thang" out while the production was filming the uplifting basketball game scene at the end of the movie. It made it into the final cut.

Way back when this movie was released on VHS, this rumor went around. And, so did very blurry pictures of the so-called incident.

This clip IS NOT even of the same shot that was originally claiming to be the guy exposing himself. The guy was sitting down and he was much farther away from the camera.
