Yeah I was going to say that. I mean people have been in Guantanamo for a decade almost, nobody even cares. They didn't even get a hearing, they just disappeared off the face of the planet, never to be seen from again...

If they got that power for American citizens too... Wow. Real scary stuff.

I just read Glen Greenwalds piece, it seems obvious to me that Obama will not veto this. The supposed veto threat is just a posture, held for a few days.
