to all my peeps from canada and their "special" day (im late, but im always late)i give you one of the best arena bands from the late 70's and 80's.TRIUMPH:
Triumph is a Canadian rock band that was popular in the late 1970s through the 1980s.
Like their fellow Canadians Rush, Triumph began building their reputation across North America as a live band, peaking in the early 1980s as an import before interest gradually declined. The band was formed by Toronto music veterans Gil Moore (b. 1951) (drums/vocals) and Mike Levine (b. 1949) (bass/keyboards), after meeting talented guitarist/singer/songwriter Rik Emmett (b. 1953) in a manager's office in Toronto in 1975.
i saw these guys three times, and let me tell you.they fucking ROCKED,this is them LIVE.saw "allied forces" "never surrender" and "thunder seven".
good times my friends..good times..
thanks canada.

siftbotsays...Moving this video to enoch's personal queue. It failed to receive enough votes to get sifted up to the front page within 2 days.
Duckman33says...One of the best bands I have ever seen live. These guys brought it each, and every time I saw them in concert which was at least 4 times if not more. They always had an awesome light show too!
PS. This is a video of them live, the audio track is from the studio version of the song.
