Lawdeedawsays...Jobs were created during President Bush. Did we lose more jobs than we gained? Certainly. However, sadly, his statement is accurate and deceptive. So lies still applies? I am not sure.
If the intent is to deceive with the truth, then what is it when we deceive with a lie?
