I'm guessing all that philandering Kirk did was just a cover...

I don't know how swampgirl will feel about this, but I'm upvoting anyway. I've seen Kirk and Spock exchange many cow-eyed glances, so this scenario doesn't seem implausible.

How is it that this gets published but the real video dies in the queue?

Sure it's dead now, but that's besides the point.
