Wow did I just realize that they ignite the engines off the platform with what seem to be candle sticks?

I hope not Farhad2000, the sparklers are used to burn off unburned fuel gases.

If you drag the video marker across slowly in the second half of the video, you really get a sence of the shuttles progression into orbit. And the last shot of the main fuel tank falling away is just the clincher.
