A report shows that leaders of the Southern Baptist Convention mishandled hundreds of allegations of sexual abuse, intimidated victims and their advocates and resisted attempts at reform over the course of two decades.
Memos show that protecting their reputation was FAR more important to them than protecting the children under their care.
In a month, the SBC will decide if there should be consequences for hundreds of rapes and a coverup from the top down. Apparently they aren’t sure yet.
