This isn't a typical 'political' sift - although it's certainly one of the the most important social issues you could ask politicians to tackle - that channel is on for that reason, and to distinguish this from a purely 'cute' video - this is the opposite of what you'd normally expect on this channel - let the politics flag warn you.

A sad but important Public Service Announcement produced by the Lebanese Ministry of Social Affairs juxtaposing cuteness and vulnerability with the awful pain that unfortunately still exists and must certainly be rooted out from all families and homes.
