A Sniglet segment from HBO's "Not Necessarily the News". I sent them a sniglet of mine back then which they never used:

i was a huge fan of Rich Hall back in the day.

Me too, I loved his bits on NNTN and SNL. I was lucky to see him open for Dennis Miller back in 1993, he was hilarious. He made a joke while talking with an audience member that I didn't get until I got home. Rich was talking to the cat lovers in the audience and asked this one guy to describe his cat. The guy said "he's a loner" and Rich said "what, you can't afford one?" Everyone laughed like hell except for me, then 3 hours later I got it (loaner). >> ^lurgee:
