Per the title: Question: Why would we blame a president anyway?
The policies of a president are apparently dictated by his handlers (think Wizard of Oz). This current administration does not have to work too hard to convince an already somnambulant public that his shit does or does not stink. He looks good on camera, he's not white (the traditional shade of presidential skin), and his jingoistic lingo flows forth like cow-dooty.

Moving this video to marinara's personal queue. It failed to receive enough votes to get sifted up to the front page within 2 days.
