<B>Confidential police reports including private social security numbers were shredded and used for confetti during last week's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. </B>
It seems as though the Nassau County Police Department didn't exactly do a good job and destroying their evidence, though, and many witnesses walked away from the festivities with strips of Social Security numbers stuck to their clothes. Internet surveillance is on the rise on the Web, and even phone conversations—from calls to text and, yes, even sexts—are easily intercepted.
