This is just sickening, I wish that consumerism was how it used to be, you know based on what you functionally needed rather than what a particular item said about you personally. And this only continues in people's lives and gets worse & worse as there is ALWAYS something new to buy & you can never fulfil yourself. with some people it is just a part of their character, constantly purchasing Cars, TV's, Play-station's Etc. by virtue of how cool it makes them appear to others or out-doing the jones's and as a result will likely never be released from the shackles of debt.

Maybe this is the reason why some retirees blow their kids inheritance in their later years, and with kids like these who can really blame them?.

But, why do we care? Better to ignore such nonsense. I have a hard time getting to the end of this guy's posts. I generally agree with what he says, but I don't find him funny at all and the exaggerated anger is annoying.

Except that its not just entitled teens--its nearly everyone I see. Only a few are exempt... And the best part is, we do ignore it! We just pretend this is just a few because its about the Iphone and such, but elitist shit is everywhere.

Urm... they do? I can agree corporations in general are soulless fucks who should be behind bars (BoA for example...) but to say that is... like saying politicians are responsible for our current state of decline in America (It is the voters...the elderly people scared of their own shadows, the entitled, the rich and snotty, etc.)
