Snappysays...sometimes you have to hand it to these sale pitch folks. "Origami is a combination of two things: Intel Centrino and Microsoft Windows XP".
http://www.tabletkiosk.com/config/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=35&idproduct=135
The EO UMPC from TabletKiosk uses a VIA cpu and not an intel centrino cpu/wifi chipset combo.
The Origami specs does not dictate the cpu itself. It defines guidelines for the screen size, type etc.
Snappysays...She don't even know the specs! Gosh! She claims it does not have USB ... only to be corrected by the interviewer.
Gosh, is she from Samsung or MS or just a temp staff??
Snappysays...I wish they hire better demo folks than this. The demo folks kept on using the stylus when the one key difference between the Origami and the normal TPC is that you can use the touchscreen without the stylus.
It's a passive touchscreen, just like virtually the majority of the Lifebook touchscreen models from Fujitsu.
The Origami is an excellent product, its a shame they have such lousy demo folks.
James Roesays...I too was well pissed by the demo rep. With all of the money spent creating internet buzz you think they could hire someone at least marginally familliar with the prodct.
