Did you know that rapists can fight their victims for parental rights if the rape resulted in a pregnancy. Yep, that's right.

Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida is fighting to change that in the form of a bill that will incentivize states that do not have laws in place to protect rape victims' parental rights to make laws that do.
