Yea yea sure. The White House also said it wouldn't support the Defense Authorization Act and then went ahead and signed it anyway. Oh "reluctantly" boo hoo. I refuse to grant that lying, ineffective, whinging, half hearted, and borderline useless president any credit until he actually DOES something instead of saying he will.
