"Ron Paul unveils his "Plan to Restore America", an ambitious federal government spending, tax and reform blueprint that he will implement in his first term as President.

The plan ― which eliminates five cabinet departments, shuts down the TSA, ends foreign aid, discontinues all foreign wars and lowers the President's salary to $39,336 ― results in $1 trillion in savings during Paul's first year in office and balances the budget within three years."
