Ron Paul - Audit the Fed!

Dr. Paul gives an update on his bill, H.R. 1207 [/yt]

Why does anyone listen to his inane nonsense? Auditing the Federal Reserve would accomplish what? Doesn't he know our elected leaders are trying to get us out of the mess his party created? Auditing the Federal Reserve would only serve to slow the stabilization of our economy.

^ Keith, you seem like a sock puppet, but no, Ron Paul had literally nothing to do with the current clusterfuck, and he knows what he's talking about.

Also, his paneling is the best paneling that COINS! can buy.

You call me a puppet, but I haven't had a sip of that Ron Paul koolaid yet, it must be intoxicating stuff. Ron Paul is part of the party that created this terrible economic mess for us, therefore he is responsible no matter how remote. Just because he's popular with the wingbat anarchists doesn't mean he's right or that he knows what he's talking about.

I believe Obama will lead our country to becoming the beacon of freedom and greatness around the world. I believe he will lead us to once again lead others. Auditing the Federal Reserve won't help us to a position of absolute leadership.

Good idea, but I'd expect more from Ron Paul. The bonuses at AIG didn't go to the people that ruined the company - he's repeating the Obamination lie.

@keitholbermann: Well, what do you expect from someone with a username like KeithOlbermann?

Ron Paul isn't really "of" the Republican party - he had his own presidential convention and everything. And it's criminals like Barney Frank that got us into this mess as much as anything. Sleeping with an executive of Fannie Mae while being head of the committee to regulate it? Yeah, that's criminal conflict of interest. (Google Herb Moses.)

What would auditing the fed accomplish? Personally, I'm curious where our trillions of bailout dollars are going, and who is getting them. It's not like raiding the petty cash stores.
