Road rage - I'm calling the police

Crazy woman blocks road with her car, then gets out and starts harassing the guy who filmed it. What follows is bizarre as she follows him down the road, claiming he can't film her (even though it's in a public place) and culminates in her threatening to call the police and claim he assaulted her!
